MarMilo for real families
Helping children build positive habits, one small step at a time.
MarMilo helps families encourage everyday growth through positive reinforcement, meaningful incentives, and experiences children genuinely enjoy.
Every child is different, so MarMilo adapts the experience to what each child is working on.
Available on iPhone, Android, and the web
Why MarMilo?
Some children need a gentle reminder. Others need more support. Some routines come naturally, and others take more time.
MarMilo was created to help families build positive habits in a way that adapts to each child.
Instead of focusing on mistakes, MarMilo helps make progress visible. Instead of constant negotiation, it helps families build calmer routines.
And instead of measuring success by screen time, MarMilo is designed to support stronger habits, greater independence, and more positive family moments.
Technology should strengthen family life, not compete with it.
MarMilo combines family routines, positive reinforcement, and friendly companions into one shared experience.
How MarMilo Works
MarMilo is a connected ecosystem designed to help children build positive habits across different parts of their lives.
At its core, MarMilo Parents and MarMilo Kids connect families around the behaviors they want to encourage, making progress visible and meaningful for each child.
Every child is different - and the habits they need support with are different too.
That's why MarMilo is growing into a collection of connected experiences that families can choose from based on each child's age, interests, needs, and the habits they want to encourage.
For one child, that might mean MarMilo Brush, helping make independent tooth brushing part of their everyday routine.
For another, it might mean MarMilo Maths, an experience we're currently developing to help children explore mathematics while building something equally important: the habit of practicing math.
Because the goal isn't simply to get the right answer. It's to explore, practice, make mistakes, try again - and want to come back tomorrow.
Each experience connects back to the same MarMilo ecosystem, so the progress children make becomes part of the encouragement and achievements they already share with their families.
As children grow, families can choose the experiences that grow with them.
Different children. Different habits. Different experiences. One connected MarMilo.

Our Story
MarMilo didn't begin as a startup idea. It began at home.
I'm Diego, a software engineer and father of two. After more than 14 years building interactive products, including seven years at Meta, I wanted to build the tool our own family wished we had.
Like many families, we're still learning every day. Some routines have become easier, while others continue to challenge us.
Today, MarMilo is growing alongside other real families whose stories and feedback continue shaping every new version.
Our Team
A California-based team bringing together technology, learning science, and entrepreneurship.
MarMilo combines experience in product and engineering, educational research, artificial intelligence, and business strategy to build technology that helps children grow and families thrive.
Founder, Product & Engineering
Diego is a software engineer and creative technologist with a Master's degree in Computer Science and more than 14 years of experience building interactive products across games, AR/VR, consumer applications, and educational technology. He spent seven years at Meta, building interactive experiences and later leading engineering teams.
As a father of two, Diego experienced firsthand the constant experimentation involved in discovering what works for each child. After trying different approaches at home and building interactive applications for his own children, those experiences became the foundation for MarMilo. Today, he leads product and engineering, turning the needs of children and families into intuitive, playful experiences designed to grow with them.
